Pro-Tips for Safe Removal
- Removing Glue from Skin: Apply Z-7 directly to the bonded area. Gently roll your fingers together—never pull them apart—and continue applying debonder until the adhesive softens and the skin separates naturally. Wash with soapy water afterwards.
- Surface Cleaning: For thick glue deposits, apply Z-7 and let it sit for several minutes to penetrate the adhesive before wiping. Multiple applications may be required for heavy build-ups.
- Test Before Use: While Z-7 is safer than many solvents, always test it on a hidden area of your model or paintwork to ensure compatibility, especially on delicate plastics.
