Product Description

Whilst thankfully rare, fire is an ever-present concern when charging lithium polymer (Li-Po) battery packs, indeed the damage that can be caused when a Li-Po fire takes hold is the kind of thing that can give you sleepless nights. For this reason alone it pays to protect your workshop and put your mind at rest, safe in the knowledge that should a Li-Po pack ignite while charging, the fire will be safely contained. Enter the AkkuSafe 10, a transport, storage and charging holdall manufactured using an EN531 certified fire-resistant material that's been tested at up to 1200degC.

As a transport and storage solution the case will hold ten 3S 2000mAh or five 2S hard-case packs, as used in model cars. Since you can't put a price on safety, or peace of mind, this is one product that you really should consider essential.

Caution! Li-Po batteries must always be charged, discharged and stored on a fireproof surface and under supervision, even when the MULTIPLEX AkkuSafe 10 is used.
