F-16 64mm EDF PNP Blue Thunder

The newly moulded 64mm F-16 not only boasts larger dimensions, sleeker contours and more precise detailing, but also offers a substantial improvement in realism. The front landing gear components are CNC-machined with a plastic bracket, delivering excellent shock absorption and a high level of scale accuracy. The rear landing gear is constructed from plastic-wrapped steel wire, enhancing realism without compromising strength. Navigation lights have been added to the wings, tail and air intake to enrich the ambience during flight. These lights are meticulously designed to replicate the lighting effects of the real aircraft, providing a more authentic appearance in low-light conditions.

In addition to the existing aileron, nose wheel steering and elevator controls, rudder control has now been included. This significantly enhances the aircraft's manoeuvrability, allowing pilots to replicate a wider range of realistic fighter jet manoeuvres. The fuselage, wings, horizontal stabilisers and vertical tail all feature embedded reinforcement tubes, preventing bending or deformation during aggressive flight patterns. Two paint schemes are available: the battlefield grey scheme and the Thunderbirds airshow scheme. The battlefield grey version includes realistic fuel tanks and missiles, as well as five sets of different stickers for pilots to customise according to their preferences.

The F-16 comes factory-equipped with a 64mm 12-blade ducted fan, a 2840-KV3150 brushless motor and a 40A ESC. It features six 9g digital servos that execute commands from the receiver with precision, delivering outstanding stability and performance at both high and low speeds. This setup is especially supportive for beginner ducted fan model aircraft pilots.

The F-16 "Fighting Falcon" is an American single-engine, supersonic, multirole fighter aircraft originally developed by General Dynamics (now Lockheed Martin) as part of the United States military's "Lightweight Fighter" programme. Initially designed as an air superiority fighter, it was intended to complement the U.S. Air Force's primary fighter, the F-15, by creating a high-low mix of capabilities. Following several upgrades after entering service, it evolved into a multirole combat aircraft and is now classified as a fourth-generation fighter.
